the story behind the kookies
Meet Mimi
Welcome to MIMI'S KOOKIES!! “If you bake them, they will come!!” (Inspired by the movie “Field of Dreams”). Over the years I have been told I should have been selling my cookies. Well, three children and eight grand babies later, I have taken the leap and joined the home bakery scene!!
I have always baked, but not as intentionally as I have for all of my family. I have always loved a really good, soft, chewy cookie. That will never change.
Seeing the happy faces of the people after they have devoured my cookies, is such a wonderful feeling! I really do believe that “if it is something you love to do, you will never work a day in your life.” This is my plan...
Enjoy your “Kookies”!!
